Inner C-Gusset Reinforcement Kit for Dana 30 & Dana 44 Axles (TJ, LJ, XJ, MJ, ZJ)

Description

If you are looking to strengthen and reinforce the inner C’s on your Dana 30 or Dana 44 axle in your Jeep, Barnes 4wd has you covered.  We designed our inner C gussets to add the most strength possible while still being easy to install.  The coil spring location on the front axle is very close to the inner C, this leaves very little room to install a gusset on the top of the C.  To provide the optimal strength we moved our gussets to the front and back face of the inner C, this makes the gusset much more effective and makes your axle stronger.  This gusset set is manufactured from 1/4 inch thick steel and includes enough gussets to do one axle.  Installation of this product requires welding.

Upon installation, turn from lock to lock and check clearances between brake calipers and gussets. Due to variances between models, some slight clearancing of the gussets may be required.
