The factory Jeep JK tie rod isn’t built to handle the demands of larger tires or rugged off-road terrain. The CavFab HD Aluminum Tie Rod is a direct bolt-on upgrade made from 1.5″ 7075 aluminum, also known as ‘memory metal,’ which flexes back to shape after impacts for unbeatable durability. Paired with oversized 1-ton tie rod ends, it ensures tight, responsive steering on-road and dependable strength off-road. For those who prefer steel, an HD Steel Tie Rod option is also available. Backed by the CavFab NO BS Warranty, this heavy-duty tie rod upgrade makes your Jeep JK ready for the toughest trails.

NOTES
- Take care not to over grease the tie rod ends, as this can damage the boots. Torn boots are not a warranty item.
- We recommend this kit be installed with aftermarket wheels. Factory 17″ JK wheels do not have sufficient backspacing to allow for the larger rod ends to clear. Use wheels with 4.75″ backspacing or numerically less, or use factory wheels with 1″ or larger spacers.
